Our Team

  • Mr. Gallegos is a co-founder of EES and is responsible for day-to-day operations management. Prior to founding EES, Mr. Gallegos has gained extensive and diversified Oil & Gas operational experience dating back over 18 years and ranging over 8 states throughout the U.S. Mid-Continent and West Coast, including the Permian Basin, Bakken, Rocky Mountains, and many of California’s numerous oil fields. Mr. Gallegos received his BS in Petroleum Engineering along with a minor in Geological Engineering from Colorado School of Mines. 

Principal/Sr. DRILLING Engineer

  • Mrs. Gallegos is a co-founder of EES. She has operated in the California heavy oil fields and gained extensive knowledge in well abandonments, idle well management, historical due diligence and regulatory compliance, along with overall production field management. Mrs. Gallegos received her BS in Petroleum Engineering along with a minor in Geological Engineering from Colorado School of Mines.

Principal/Sr. Petroleum Engineer

  • Assoc. Sr. Completions Engineer

    Mr. Gallegos is an operationally diversified Sr. Completions and Production Engineer with industrial experience dating back to 2007. For much of his career, Mr. Gallegos has managed and executed operations with teams of engineers and field personnel to meet the financial targets of private equity backed companies. Mr. Gallegos has held a variety of engineering and leadership roles in multiple regions including the Permian Basin, Arkoma Basin, Northeastern Oklahoma, North Texas, including Woodford Shale, San Andres, Ellenberger, Arbuckle, Mississippian Lime, and Pennsylvanian plays. Mr. Gallegos received his BS in Petroleum Engineering from Colorado School of Mines.

  • Assoc. Sr. Operations Engineer

    Mr. Conry is a seasoned Petroleum Engineer with extensive expertise in operations and field management in Drilling, Completions, and Production across California, Colorado, Wyoming, and North Dakota. Adam received his BS in Petroleum Engineering from Colorado School of Mines.

  • Assoc. Drill Site Supervisor/Drilling Engineer

    Mr. Manthey is drilling engineer and consultant with over 13 years experience with offshore drilling operations around the globe. Mr. Manthey received his BS in Petroleum Engineering from Colorado School of Mines.

  • Assoc. Sr. Geologist

    Mr. Skinner gained extensive oil & gas experience dating back over forty years throughout the U.S. Mid-Continent, Rockies, and California. Mr. Skinner is responsible for many step-out discoveries that led to full-scale development in California. He is also responsible for deeper pool discoveries in numerous legacy oilfields in the San Joaquin basin. Mr. Skinner is owner/operator in the southern Illinois Basin, where he prospects for and develops fractured dolomite trends. Mr. Skinner received his B.S. in geology from the University of Southern Colorado and studied M.S. in Geology at California State University Bakersfield.
